Subject: Exchange mail to Lotus is garbled

Reproducible: Always

I have a mail-in database that receives mail from a sql server app sent by Exchange mail.

The body is just text that has ~ separators for me to parse the data once the mail is received in the database.

It was working but the administrator (consultant, not available now) changed something and now the email is no longer readable text.

I am a developer and don't really know much about mail.

If we change the address of the mail being sent to just a user (an out look user), the text is readable.

Any ideas on what I should do to receive mail from Exchange that is not garbled?
